Là khách hàng của mình, bạn có thể: đăng tải commission lên social media mà không cần sự cho phép của mình (credit tên mình là tác giả); sử dụng commission để làm avatar, cover, reference cho brief,...; in ấn với số lượng nhỏ phi thương mại. Khách hàng không thể: tự nhận commission của mình là của bạn làm ra, sử dụng với các mục đích khác không nằm trong chính sách sử dụng mình đã liệt kê ở trên, chỉnh sửa hoặc sản xuất mà không có sự đồng ý của mình, sử dụng work của mình cho NFTs hoặc để đào tạo AI,... Mình không chấp nhận refund với lí do khác trừ việc mình không hoàn thành đúng deadline. Giá commission của mình có thể thay đổi theo thời gian. Bằng việc đặt commission mình, bạn hoàn toàn đồng ý với TOS (điều khoản dịch vụ) mình đã nêu, nếu có gì thắc mắc bạn có thể liên lạc mình. ------------------------------------------- I reserve all copyrights of my commission and other rights, including public on my social media/ portfolio (giving the client credit as the owner of the commission), and self-promotion. For personal commission, you can: post on social media without my permission with credit; use as personal avatar, cover, references for briefs…; print with small amounts for personal use. Clients cannot: claim my artwork as yours; use the commission for different purposes not included in the usage policy; edit or reproduce without my permission; use my work for AI training or NFTs, etc. I don’t accept requests for refunding commission payments for any reason. If I can’t finish my commission by deadline, I will refund 100% of the payment. Please note that my commission price may change over time.
